• All appointments require debit/ credit card to secure your booking. Our booking system is completely safe and secure.
• A 50% deposit is taken at the time of booking.
• If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and a 100% cancelation fee will apply.
• No - shows { not attending without notifying us} will also incur a full fee.

We truly understand that life can be unpredictable, but short-notice cancellations or no- shows make very difficult for us to reallocate your appointment time. This policy helps us honour the time we dedicate to you and all of our clients

• If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.
• If you  reschedule  with less than 24 hours' notice in more than two occasions, a 25% rebooking fee of the treatment cost will apply.
• If you are unable to reschedule online, please contact  us on 0433 324 825  during business hour so we can assist you.at least 1 business day before your appointment.  
• We deeply appreciate your understanding. Last -minute changes can be difficult to fill, and this policy is the fairest way to respect both your commitment and the valuable time of our therapists.
